To manage the visibility of LTI tools in your course's activity chooser as a Professor, follow these steps: 

1. Access the Course-Level LTI Management Page

• Log in to your Moodle site and select the specific course you wish to modify.
• In the secondary navigation bar (typically below the course name), click the More tab.
• Select LTI External tools from the dropdown menu.

2. Toggle Tool Visibility

• On the LTI External tools page, you will see a table listing all tools available to your course, including those configured site-wide by your administrator.
• Locate the column labeled Show in activity chooser.
• Click the toggle switch next to the specific tool you want to show or hide:
  • On (Green/Active): The tool will appear as its own unique icon in the "Add an activity or resource" menu.
  • Off (Gray/Inactive): The tool is hidden from the main activity chooser but can still be used via the generic "External tool" activity if it is a pre-configured tool.

3. Verify in the Activity Chooser

• Return to your main course page and turn on Edit mode (top-right corner).
• Click Add an activity or resource in any section.
• Check the Activities tab; your newly enabled tool should now appear with its specific name and icon.
