First, you need to login to the online version of your mail account at https://mail.tfc.edu Then click on your profile graphic (if you don't currently have a picture it will be your initials) in the top right of the screen. 

Then when you click on the image on the small Javascript popup that appears click the larger version of the image. This will present a larger JavaScript pop up window with an option to upload a new photo. 

Click Upload a new photo, then choose and upload a photo using the windows finder navigation. You can use the zoom controls that show at the bottom of the window to adjust the zoom on your headshot, then click the Apply button.
