First, click the three dots to the left of your profile avatar in Teams.

Second, choose Settings from the menu that appears.

Third, on the left menu click Devices.

Fourth, use the drop down option beside Speaker to choose the device to render Teams sounds.

Finally, after choosing you sound device, click the Chat option to go back to the regular Chat screen.
