Frequently Asked Question

Can I download MP3 audio files to listen to offline?
Last Updated 21 days ago

If you are using Windows, it will be the Ctrl button. However, on a macOS machine, you will need to use the Command button instead. Also, we suggest downloading and using the Google Chrome Browser with all TFC systems.

1. On the page where you are viewing the recording, press Ctrl+u to view the source code of the page. This should open up another tab with the source code for the page.

2. Now, press Ctrl+f to open the browser search and search the source code for "mp3". This will find the link on the page to the recorded MP3 file of the audio.

3. Now hold down the Ctrl button and click the link to the MP3 file. This will open the MP3 file in another tab. Using the three-dot menu on the Chrome built-in audio player, you will have the option to download the file or switch the playback rates. You can play directly from this page and adjust the rate or download the file for offline listening later, when you may be traveling and not have internet.
